Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not accident or collision damage-that's what comprehensive or collision insurance is for. So an accident itself won't void your warranty on other components, but the damage from the accident isn't a warranty claim.

However, if something breaks during or after accident repairs (either as a result of the repair or coincidentally), warranty still applies to factory defects. For example, if a window motor fails after the dealer repairs accident-related body damage, the motor defect itself is still under warranty.
