Your monthly car payment typically covers **principal and interest** on your loan only. Here's what's usually separate:

**Included in payment:**
- Principal (amount borrowed)
- Interest (lender's cost for the loan)

**Separate costs (not in payment):**
- Auto insurance (you arrange this directly; required by law)
- Gasoline
- Maintenance and repairs (though new Subarus include warranty coverage)
- Registration and taxes (often paid upfront at signing)

**At signing**, you'll pay sales tax, registration, documentation fees, and title fees-amounts vary by state and vehicle. Our Finance team explains every line item so you know exactly what you're paying and why.

If you lease, some costs (maintenance, warranty) are included, but insurance and fuel are separate. **Call (779) 601-0797** to discuss your total cost of ownership-monthly payment, insurance estimates, fuel costs, and maintenance-so you can budget confidently!
